COVID 19 Disclaimer: Should we, in the unfortunate event, have to go into national lockdown again, the retreat will be postponed and rearranged. I will make sure that we are able to hold our retreat on dates that all signed up members can attend. Nobody will miss out. For this reason refunds will not be given - unless in extreme circumstances.  

Terms & Conditions

Anyone signing up to attend the retreat will be liable to pay the total amount by 19th August 2022 at the very latest. If you are signing up to the payment plan option, your payments will automatically be taken on the same date each month for the duration of your chosen plan.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the retreat after paying any monies, no refund is guaranteed. I appreciate that there may be some extreme circumstances that may occur so I will do my best to help where I can. You may not be offered any refund amount, however you will be offered to carry the value of your total payments towards a future retreat.

While our activities and excursions are mentioned in this email, depending on access and other variables, this may change slightly, but you will be informed of any changes, this will not jeopardise the experience as a whole. While on the retreat, you will be solely responsible for your own belongings, I cannot accept any liability for any damage or losses. The retreat is referred to as all inclusive, however this does NOT include transport to and from Inverness from your home location, nor does this include any additional accommodation, meals, refreshments, or travel, other than that stipulated in the above information. In joining this experience, you are automatically consenting to photographs of our weekend (no sensitive photographs) being taken and shared on social media, unless you have explicitly expressed that you are not happy for this to happen. Please ensure that you make me aware of any allergies, dietary requirements, relevant health conditions or any other information that will need to be taken into consideration to ensure your safety and comfort.
